Our Area Managers and Operations Managers are hired for their knowledge of the industry and their understanding of the importance of quality and customer satisfaction. These managers are held directly responsible for the overall quality of the account and all employee training. Their leadership qualities and communication skills are a vital part of CMS Operations. We are proud to say all of our managers have a minimum of 10 years experience.

CMS is a 24 hours a day, 7 day a week operation. In the event of an emergency or special request, CMS is prepared to have trained personnel ready to provide needed service. In addition to having direct access to your Account Manager, we have an emergency after hours hotline.
Training is the key to ensuring a productive, cost effective and consistent quality of service. Our objective is to provide our employees with the knowledge and tools required to enable them to perform their duties in a safe and effective manner. All CMS personnel have been selected for their experience and qualifications to perform the task in which they are applying for.
Each employee is required to complete a training program in safety and operational procedures as well as extensive on-site training. All safety and operation training is done on a continual basis throughout their employment with CMS by our highly trained Human Resource Department.
In addition, CMS has incentive programs for our employees to keep morale high and turnover at a minimum. We pride ourselves on an annual turnover rate of being less that 12%, while the industry standard is 200%.
